Capital Markets & Structure Advisory
We partner our world class Capital Structure Advisory team with our industry bankers, to deliver tailored advice and solutions to our corporate and investor clients in all types of liability-driven capital structure situations and challenges. Our team is comprised of over 10 bankers many with decades of experience, representing all sector verticals. Our advisory services include Liquidity Assistance, Covenant Compliance, New Capital Sources, Capital Structure Optimization and Debt Restructuring. We structure and execute customized financing solutions and advise clients on all aspects of public and private debt and equity transactions. Financing solutions for our clients address a broad range of uses, including buyouts, growth capital, platform formation, re financings and project financing. Capital Solutions
We advise financial sponsors and private asset managers on portfolio optimization, with a primary focus on recapitalizing single assets or concentrated portfolios. The Capital Solutions Group also offers liquidity solutions to minority shareholders and raises capital on behalf of independent sponsors and de novo platform companies. The team is closely integrated with the Firm’s private funds, capital markets, and industry advisory groups, providing sector expertise and an extensive reach of global investors.
Sovereign Advisory
We offer innovative financial advisory services to governments, ministries, state-owned companies and sovereign wealth funds. With extensive experience working with governments around the world, we provide strategic advice on a broad range of matters, including restructurings, funding, financing and liability management, M&A, and privatizations (IPOs and private sales).
