Managing Director and CEO
Sid Dadlani is Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of LSM Management a global fund placement-focused advisory. Since its inception in 2014, LSM Management has become one of the fastest growing and most respected advisory firms with five offices globally, placing U$3.3bn in 2021. Prior to founding LSM Management where he leads ideation, creation, business development and overseas investments. He is an institutional sales and capital raising specialist.
Previously he spent 15 years in investment banking mainly between 2 organizations, Bear Stearns and Kotak serving in a series of increasingly significant leadership positions including Institutional Sales Director, Head of Global Distribution and Head of Product Development and Sales. Throughout his career, he has advised companies and Boards on many of the largest and most complex strategic transactions around the globe. Mr. Dadlani serves in a leadership role on numerous philanthropic efforts including the Board of Sing Health, an Asian Healthcare Trust and on the Executive Board of Naif Capital a large private equity debt lender from Saudi Arabia. Mr. Dadlani received a B.A. in International Business from New York University and an M.B.A. from State University of New York in the 1990’s. He is married with 2 lovely children.

Tim Sethers
Executive Director
Joined LSM in in 2014 as the Corporate Adviser and, in addition to these responsibilities, has moved back into Acting Group CFO since 2017. Tim is also a member of LSM’s management team. Tim started his career working in chartered accounting with BDO in Brisbane and then moved to Melbourne to work in the commercial world for the multi-national conglomerate Elders IXL Limited during the period of their reconstruction and consolidation to Fosters Brewing Group. When Tim moved to London in 1996 he worked as a project accountant in ICI Group’s headquarters and then took a senior financial role in private equity with Advent Venture Partners. This was followed by a management role with Relevant Technologies in Europe, an innovative supplier of enterprise software to the private equity community.
Tim has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Queensland, is a Fellow and Past European President of CPA Australia and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company.

David Doyes
Managing Director
David focuses on development of the fund credit strategies. He has over twelve years’ experience in the European Financial Services Markets.
Prior to joining LSM he was a Business Development Director for MUFG Asset Management in London, responsible for building a European presence and raising institutional capital for the firm’s funds. Previously he was an International Financial Advisor at JP Morgan. David has BA from Cambridge
